Simon Scanlon has been re-elected to the post of Captain of Cricket for the third year at the KCC Cricket Section's Annual General Meeting held at the Club on 24th June 2010. The KCC Cricket Committee for the 2010-11 season is as follows:
At last night's KCC Annual Awards Dinner, Peter Wooden won the prestigious Bob Bell Trophy for KCC Cricketer of the Year after an impressive first season at KCC. Peter also won the Saturday Bowling award, Saturday Batting award and Sunday Batting award. Keenu Gill once again received the Faride Shroff Trophy for Female Cricketer of the Year while Miten Khatri was named Junior Cricketer of the Year.

The KCC Cricket Section's new website KCCCRICKET.COM is now live! The website provides all the latest news and information about playing cricket at the Kowloon Cricket Club. It provides a range of links and interactive services to KCC's men, women and junior cricketers as well as information to new cricketers looking to play cricket in Hong Kong. Please keep coming back to view the website as it will be updated regularly.
All KCC cricketers are also encouraged to add their Player Profile by completing the online form.
The Members' Area is password protected because it provides a forum for KCC's cricketers and is not meant for use by outsiders. Members who wish to post comments to the forum are required to register first. Other than that, all pages on the website are free to view.

A number of KCC players were honoured at the HKCA Annual Awards Dinner at Hong Kong Cricket Club on Saturday night, 19th June. KCC Head Coach Peter Wooden received the Best Saturday League Bowler award while Kinchit Shah was named Dragon of the Year. Todd Johnsen was named the Saturday League Captain of the Year.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the KCC Cricket Section will be held at the Club on 24th June 2010 starting at 7PM. The AGM will be followed by the End of Season Awards Dinner, featuring a curry buffet and lamb-on-the-spit BBQ PLUS a surprise entertainment element. This is one AGM that you won't want to miss...!

KCC reached the semi-final of the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy 2010 Twenty20 tournament played at Mission Road during 28-30 May 2010. KCC scored victories over China and HKCC but weren't good enough to repel the challenge from LSWCC in the semi-final. For a review of KCC's matches, please see Other Cricket.
