For the first time in the KCC history, this off-season the KCC is introducing an Under-23 program specifically aimed at players performing in Senior Cricket and representing Hong Kong at Under-19 and National Team level. The program includes: 

• Extensive video work and analysis,
• Individually tailored fitness programs,
• Individual performance portfolios,
• Cricket Tours Overseas,
• Centre wicket and turf training,
• Swimming and recovery sessions,
• Nutrition, fitness and Life Skill seminars,
• Sports psychology sessions for peak performance,
• Matches,
• Team bonding sessions, and 
• Hikes

The program is part of the KCC's Strategic Three Year Plan to develop as many Hong Kong Cricket representatives and also produce some of the top performers in KCC's Saturday and Sunday teams.
